For those of you who have been wondering where Donna has been these last few weeks I want to give you an update. I’ve been very busy , writing, and creating. Now and again I feel the urge to pull away and go within myself to find new answers to new questions. For me this is truly a process of sitting in the silent several hours a day waiting until I have answers to my questions and implement the new insights through the creative process of making jewelry, dream catchers and sometimes spirit dolls.

I’ve also been catching up on my reading and having insightful discussions with friends regarding what we see going on in the world today. I was recently handed a book to read on the coming changes of the Earth Mother. As I began to read this book written by a very spiritual native American woman, I was shocked to read the prophetic views for our planet. I began to ask for understanding on the issue of why so many humans would rather believe in the demise and destruction of their selves and their planet rather than accept that we are the ones creating the very situations we are afraid of.

We have forgotten who and what we are, we no longer accept that we are the creative energy bringing forth those very things which we interact with. Even though it’s in our face every moment of every day that we are constantly creating we still refuse to see. While we take credit for building wonderful buildings, making transportation fast getting us from one place to another more easily, we refuse to see and accept responsibility for all the things we create simply because we do not like some of them. We’re like small children caught by our parents in the midst of doing something we’ve been told not to do, and rather than owning up to it we simply deny that we had anything to do with it.

It is so obvious that we are the creators of our experiences here on this planet, yet we do not want to take any responsibility for those things that we do not like. We have not been awake to our connectivity to all things and because we have forgotten how all life is intertwined we have created situations which now we do not enjoy. Many are concerned that we are polluting the earth to the point that the earth will no longer be able to support life. There is much fear that the ice caps are melting and thus that the polar bears will become extinct, that our world will heat up and become uninhabitable by human beings. We continue to create even more to fear in the form of war and nuclear holocaust, diseases that will wipe out mankind, starvation, disease and all other matter of calamity.

What we do not see is what is so very obvious. If only we would open our eyes and take an honest look we would see that just as easily as we create architectural designs that inspire and awe, technology which makes our life easy, we are also the creative force behind all the calamities which we prophesied for ourselves. There is only life, there is only creative principle. There is no force outside ourselves creating horrors for mankind to experience. Creative source, life itself, flows constantly through each being on this planet creating according to one’s feelings, thoughts, and expectations. There is no god outside of us creating these horrors as a form of punishment, nor is there a devil offering temptations to to tempt us away from the goodness of god.

There is only GOD; all present, all knowing, all powerful. There is only Life always transforming, always changing and growing reproducing more of itself in it’s on likeness and image.

There is only US, the Creations of the Creator, created to be the image and likeness of GOD. We are the ones creating the good things that we enjoy as well as the things which we fear. If each person would just accept responsibility for that which they create as an individual and co create with others we could and would change our world.

Creative Principle insists on reproducing more of Life whether it’s in the form of something we call good or those things we deem bad, horrible or sinful. It’s the attention that we give these things, the willingness to emotionally connect with these thoughts, ideas, that bring them into form. It is not GOD creating our greatest hopes and fears, it is us. As the Hopi say, “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for” There is no one coming on a white horse to transform our world into either a hell or a paradise. We are the ones who will either bring about peace and plenty for the whole world or destruction, sickness and disease.

Today, begin changing the world by choosing to change yourself. Take responsibility for what you are creating with your thoughts, emotions and actions. As you transform your life you will be a beacon of light which others will see and they will realize that they too have the power to change. It’s obvious, yet the question is; will you open your eyes to see?

You’ve read books, taken classes, maybe even worked with a coach and still life feels backwards, all out of synch with what you are desiring to experience. What in the heck fire is going on here you ask over and over.

Your subconscious is the key to this contradiction. What you are saying is not what is programmed in your belief system. I know you’ve done affirmations, probably have them posted all over your home.. yet things still are not lining up the way you think they should.

In order to shift your core beliefs you just might have to use some “coyote medicine”, a Native American teaching of tricking yourself into learning something. Here’s how it works. You state many times each day I am abundance, prosperity, love, etc. You feel it.. you really do feel the emotions connected with those states of being.. but when you have opportunity to BE that in action the old subconscious beliefs raise their head and have their way with your expression.

Take this example. You are saying I AM LOVE>> over and over again. You feel the love of Source flowing into you.. every cell dances in delight.. wow.. you think “I’ve got it now”.

Some time later an car pulls out in front of you and cuts you off. At ONCE you yell.. “Stupid.. don’t you know how to drive!”

What happened? You ARE LOVE… you know you are.. you feel it.. goodness you’ve said it thousands of times, you’ve felt LOVE flowing into you.

Subconscious is what happened. You are programmed to react to fear with anger. What’s the answer to this dilemma?

Look for opportunity to ACT like LOVE throughout your day. Don’t wait for the driver to pull out or the child to pour milk down your silk dress to think about acting like LOVE. Be aware of all those little opportunities to BE LOVE. ACT LOVE before thinking about it. Have your smile and kind words ready at all times. Share them with each person you come into contact with. ACT rather than think. BE rather than feel.

The same process works for prosperity. You say you are prosperous.. but when given the chance to share some of your abundance you hesitate long enough for thought to kick in. Old thought says, “wait a minute here, you worked hard for that money”, “you just might need that for something that comes up”, “it’s not your job to take care of the financial needs of others”.. so you don’t donate, you don’t help out that friend in need, you don’t share your abundance because the old subconscious beliefs butt in.

Rather than giving yourself time to go subconscious just go ahead and ACT. Give when you feel the inspiration. At that instant, GIVE.

Acting.. taking action to BE is the quickest way to reprogram your subconscious beliefs. It will take practice but in a short time you will discover that the subconscious has begun buying into a new belief system based on the ACTIONS you are taking.

You are a creative being. You are a creator. You create. You do this all day long every day, every minute.

Now you might not be aware of it but each thought expressed into emotions and spoken out loud by words brings forth molecules to create that very thing for you to experience.

This is a powerful truth. Once you grab hold of this and accept that you are the one bringing things, people, experiences, into your life to interact with it’s a simple step to begin being aware of what you are doing.

Most people create without any awareness whatsoever. They don’t connect the dots between thinking, feeling, doing.. and getting. This is why it’s so popular to blame others, family, friends, employer, government for what’s “wrong” in life.

The real deal is this.. you are the power behind everything that you experience. It all started out as a small thought that you added emotion to and spoke into existence. You didn’t realize you were creating but creating you were and still are.

In order to experience something different from what you’ve had so far something obviously must change. The common behavior is to try to wrestle with situations and people and force them to line up differently. This doesn’t work. It only brings about more of the same energy; something to wrestle with and fight against.

Here is the truth. You are a creator.. created in the image and likeness of Creator. Whether you believe this or not doesn’t matter.. to me or to Creator. Facts are facts, truth is truth and you can deny it if you want to but it will not change anything. You create out of the natural state of your Being.. that which you are. Your thoughts are powerful. Your emotions are powerful. When these thoughts are said out loud they become things. Some may take a while especially if you are not very passionate about them, but they will become things. In order for you to change what you’ve been bringing forth you have to start at the beginning… thought.

Thoughts are generally connected to beliefs about things that you think about. You believe life to be a certain way and all your thoughts are in vibrational alignment with that belief. Most of the time you are not even aware that the beliefs are connected to thought, emotion, action and created circumstances. You just go on as you’ve always done, as though before you told and showed you and create without much awareness always finding someone else to blame for how crappy some part of your life experience is.

Now is the time to change that. Lots of people talk with me each week about how the in laws, spouse, kids, neighbors are their problem. It’s never the other person. It’s always YOU. The reason for this is that you are the one that like a magnet, brings all these things and people into your life. You are the common denominator, the energy behind your experiences.

When you are really tired of the same old way of living that’s just not doing it for you things will begin to change. In the beginning you will start to notice how the thoughts and feelings are showing up as things. Then you will start to shift your thinking, taking note of old thoughts connected to beliefs. You will shift more quickly as you practice being aware. One day you will realize that through a process of small shifts things in your life are different..that you are different. Your experiences are like a mirror that reflect what’s going on inside of you. It’s an accurate way to intuit what you really believe and think. When you are not liking what’s outside you and realize these you can begin with awareness to shift your inner self into the person you wish to experience yourself as Being. It’s all about state of Being. You can not experience something outside yourself without it being a reflection of the inner self.

My writing is an outer expression of what’s inside me. My jewelry, dream catchers, home, lawn, all are reflections of how I express myself to Be. This is true for you as well. You can not stop creating, reflecting your inner self in the outer world, you can however change the inner and watch in amazement as the experiences line up as perfect reflections of who you are expressing and believing yourself to BE.

I generally wake up early in the morning before the sun comes up. Before 5:00 AM it is extremely dark and if I did not remember where everything in my room was I would most likely run into a few things. I enjoy the darkness and the quiet with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning . Recently I decided I would light one small candle. After lighting the candle I sat for a few moments pondering the power of one small point of light. I was amazed at how much illumination one tiny tea light produced. This small light made a huge difference in my ability to see and move about my room. There was no struggle between the light and the darkness, Light Just Was.

This same principle applies to our thoughts and feelings also. One small, new thought can shed light to our whole perspective of life and how we live it. Mostly we have the same thoughts or same type of thoughts over and over again. These are the energy we bring experiences into form to interact with. How much difference would just one small, new type of thought bring about? It is an easy thing to change your life, you simply light a small candle of new thought within you. This light spreads illuminating other thoughts of similar value, giving way to new types of experiences and physical forms to interact with.

There simply is no reason to sit and curse the darkness when by lighting a small candle light will spread throughout. There is also no reason to sit in sickness, disease and poverty when a new thought will lift you from your present state of lack into one of abundance and bliss.

Just as there is no battle between the light of the small candle and the darkness, there is no reason for struggle between a new thought and an unwanted state of being. You have only to hold onto your new thought and watch in amazement as it sheds it’s creative power to all aspects of your life.

Change is really easy. Going from darkness to light requires only that you hold to the light. A new experience requires only that you hold onto a new line of thought. No struggle, no battle. Just the easy action of allowing one to flow effortlessly into another.

Get up early tomorrow and sit for a few moments in the darkness, then light a small tea light. Let the truth of the light work within you so that understanding flows. Now go forth and speak into Being a new State to experience.

For most of my writing I use a Talk It Type It program as it makes my writing much faster and easier. I talk and the software program translates into typed words in my Open Office program. These days the program works wonderfully with my word pronunciation , but it was not that way in the beginning. When I first got the program I realized quickly that it had not been designed by someone who was southern. After starting the program up and beginning to speak over half of the words were jumbled gibberish that made no sense at all. In order for the program to understand what I was saying I had to train it by reading paragraphs numerous times to the software. The more I worked with the program the more precise it became translating my spoken word into written text documents.

When the software program first arrived at my house I opened it and immediately placed it in the ROM drive of my computer and began dictating. I was very dissatisfied with the results but rather than giving up and throwing the CD into the garbage I took the time to work with the program and train it to my voice. Now every morning as I dictate in the early morning light I am delighted with the process of talking and typing. Even though it was not that way in the beginning the more I work with the program the more it understands me and my writing process is much quicker and easier.

How does this relate to the law of attraction you might be asking. The principle is the same, changing your thoughts and changing your self identity requires practice. Just as the software program needed me to work with it for us to line up what I said with what it typed, your continued practice of new thoughts and new actions will eventually bring more precise and quicker physical manifestations. Most people give up way too early in the game. They hear about creative principle and get really excited about it. For a few days, maybe even a few weeks they think how wonderful it would be to be rich, to be in love, to have a new home, or a new job. Because it does not show up immediately and exactly the way they want it they return to their old habits and ways of thinking and being. The result is nothing has changed other than feeling more discouraged and more trapped them before.

For some people instant change does happen, they find themselves immediately healed of disease or some phenomenal good luck befalls them as a new job or relationship appears. But for most people it is a process that takes time and practice. The key is to not give up but to stay your course. Staying on track with what you want to experience requires discipline and motivation. No matter tempted you are to throw in the towel and go back to your old way of thinking it is imperative that you keep your mind and your emotions focused on your new state of being.

A wonderful way to get yourself out of the lack mentality is to shift your thinking a little bit. Rather than thinking in terms of I have need, or I need something, state “I have use of”. The simple shifting of thought will change the energy from one of lack to the energy of expectation and allowance. Having use for something feels much better than lacking or needing it. State your desires in terms of I have use of money to pay these expenses., I have use of a new car, I have use of a new home. As you discipline yourself with new thoughts and feelings it becomes easier to choose terms that feel good and bring about encouragement to continue. Just as my working with the speaking program trained us to work together in harmony, so too will continued positive affirmations alter your Being state.

Remember to always have fun with this process, enjoying life is why you’re here. Staying relaxed and keeping an open mind is totally in line with Creative Principle

I share my home in my life with several cats. I don’t remember a time in my life when I have not aired my home with cats. Watching them soak up sun and window seal as they serenely groomed themselves has always been very relaxing to me. Recently though I began to realize that my cats have forgotten who they are. Sure they still bathe in the sunlight and enjoy a good game of pop about the house with anything not tied down, but they no longer have the instinct to hunt.

My daughter, the cats and I all live way out in the country where vermin or plenty. Are yard is visited daily by hundreds of birds nesting in the trees and eating from the feeders. At night rabbits hop freely through our yard. Deer run paths created most likely by their grandparents. We also have mice. Now understand me I have nothing against mice in general, actually I think they’re rather cute. What what do we go below noses and constantly moving whiskers and all that soft fur they beg to be petted. I’ve even had my life’s for pets purchased at the pet shop and kept in a cage.

Each time the field behind the house is plowed the wild mice see this as an invitation to move into my house. I hear you asking, but don’t lie stay away from homes with cats in it? The answer is no. These are these mice have never heard this myth or I must come to the logical conclusion that my cats have forgotten how to be cats. See my cats lay about the kitchen all day long waiting for someone to feel that dish with food Or offer a bit of Milk as a treat. The best part of the day is spent reclining about the kitchen or other rooms of the house lifting their heads when someone enters to see whether or not they will be fed.

I have mentioned to the cats on numerous occasions that they are supposed to eat mice. Only one momma cat will go to the bother to catcher a mouse now and again when she has kittens to wean. The rest of the cats lay about waiting for a human to offer them dinner. A friend recently said that I was possibly a overfeeding the cats and that’s why they would not go outside and hunt mice. I thought about that and came to the conclusion that my cats have forgotten who they are. Because they have all been raised inside my home, fed many times a day and petted since birth they have forgotten their natural state. Hardly does a cat even bother a bird on the bird feeder, a young cat will now and again will flick it’s tail and watch in wonder at the antics of the birds but it seems to be too much bother to try to catch one.

The cats have become hypnotized into a state of being which is not natural for them. Like most people they have forgotten who they truly are. It doesn’t matter a lot to the cats whether or not they remember their natural state of being hunters long as I continue to feed them. But for human beings it is very important that we remember who we are so that we can live life to the fullest extent possible. A lot of people run about like rats in a maze trying to work enough in order to get enough to be happy. Lifetimes are spent in pursuit of enough work so that at retirement one can be comfortable.

Human beings were created to be creators, working with source energy to bring forth one amazing human experience after another. Due to most humans forgetting their power to create and bring forth into form all good experiences life is more like a battle than a divine creation. Just as my cats have forgotten their natural state humans have forgotten as well. Due to this forgetfulness we create wars, dis-ease, poverty and lack. All unwanted states and experiences are the result of having forgotten who we are.

Upon remembering that you are Creative Source Energy bringing forth into form whatever you give your passion and attention to you can once again begin to experience life as you were intended to.

Since 1995 I’ve been working on line as a healer, a spiritual coach, teacher and writer. Over the past several years I’ve watched many changes take place not only on the Internet but in our world as well. I’ve seen a wall of fear energy grow and fill even our light workers and our energy healers.

I guess on the one hand it’s understandable because you cannot turn on the television or even ride down the road without being bombarded by messages of fear. It seems sometimes that fear is coming at us from all directions.

People on the left , liberals and Democrats, energy workers and healers, greenies and recyclers, are all telling us that we’re bringing destruction to our planet and that in a few more million years it will be uninhabitable for the human race. We are also being told that due to genetic manipulation of our foods that they’re not nutritional for us any longer and we must spend four times as much in order to get food that nourishes our body.

The right, Republicans and conservatives tell us that we’re losing sight of our righteousness and gaining the disapproval of GOD. This message is that all good things and approval of the Creator are outside ourselves and must be sought, even earned through our suffering and sacrifice. Now we are bombarded with the threat of a new fear in the form of a flu or the very vaccine that is supposed to help keep you from having this flu.

It seems that no matter where one looks fear is on the menu. Recently during meditation Spirit ask me to stop pussy footing all round some hard truths. These truths only appear to be hard due to so many people not wanting to listen to them. This is a spiritual fact; there is love and there’s fear.

Everything falls into one of these two camps. It doesn’t matter whether you were metaphysically inclined, are dogmatically religious , there are only two energies at play and these are love and fear. I am very perplexed at the amount of brainwashing affecting most people in this country. Someone who is supposed to be in authority tells you something to be afraid of and you just immediately fall in line with the fear. You accept without any conscious thought whatsoever what you are told in the news media and advertising and even in the pulpit.

We say that we are conscious beings , but most have very little if any awareness of where their beliefs come from. I am amazed at the similarity between the two camps of spirituality and religious people. Both have given way to fear of disease, war, poverty, and lack.

This is a wake-up call. A call to consciousness, a reminder of who you are and how powerful you are. Whether you were trying to change the world so that it will not overheat and boil us all into steam, or you were trying to save us from the liberals who would socialize our government thus controlling our every thought and action, the energy is the same; FEAR! Fear only and always reproduces in its own image. This is LIFE, ever expanding, ever reproducing more in its own likeness. It does not matter which fear camp you to set your tent up in, fear is fear. Today Spirit is inviting you to join in a new movement which only sees perfection , love, harmony and abundance. You can only bring this forth into physical experience when this is the only reality you see. Some will say, but Donna don’t we need to pay attention to all the horrible things going on in the world today? My answer is, only if you wish to continue by the giving of your energy to the states to see more of them. This is truth. What you give your attention and your energy to, always, always, creates more of itself in its image and likeness. This is creative principle, it is spiritual law.

Have you heard the story of the eagle who was raised by chickens? She ate with chickens, slept with chickens and believed herself to be a chicken.  After all she had spent her whole life being in the company of chickens so her identity was set; she WAS a chicken.

One day while out in the chicken yard scratching for worms a male eagle flew over and spotted her.  He wondered what in the world a beautiful eagle was doing living among chickens and scratching worms from the earth for food.  He decided to fly down and ask.  As he decended to the ground all the chickens were terrified and ran squaking for cover.  The female eagle was doing her best to get away but the male eagle landed right in front of her and held up his wings so she could not escape.  She had never experienced such fear and begged the male eagle not to kill and eat her.

Eat you, declared the male eagle, I want to know why you are down here on the ground scratching the earth for worms when you could be flying high in the sky with me.

What do you mean asked the female eagle, I am a chicken and this is what chickens do.  Even though the male eagle pointed out that their wings, talons, heads were the same, the female eagle would have none of it.  Finally in disquest the male eagle flew off to leave her to a life of being a chicken.

I told you that story because most people are just like the female eagle. They don’t know who they are and live their whole lives scratching out a meager living looking for scraps and worms to exisit on.  They don’t know that they are really magnifienct creative beings able to experience whatever they choose simply by focusing their attention on that very state.

I want to tell you the truth about yourself. You are NOT a chicken.  Neither are you destined to live in pain, misery, dis-ease, or poverty.  This is not for you.  The only reason you experience these things is due to your acceptance of what everyone around you your whole life has told you.  All the chickens in your life have told you that you too are a chicken, and you bought it hook, line and sinker.

Now it’s time to realize that the truth is that you are an eagle. You are created to fly high in life, living wisdom and truth.

You have the choice, always, you have the choice of whether to be a chicken or an eagle. You are free to continue on as you have been or taking steps right now to realize your own creative power and change your life to reflect who you really are.

In our pursuit of happiness most become focused on one aspect of being.  Either one pursues the understanding of mind, spirit, or material.  This is not balanced life.

Life lived fully is about Oneness, not different aspects being sought after in hot desire.

Look to those who seek spiritual undertanding yet live in poverty or sickness. Is this balanced living?

Take note of people with more money than they know what to do with yet they are miserable in every other area of life.  Is this balance?

Real life is balanced; it is spiritual well being, mental and physical wellness, and financial means to enjoy the demands of the body.

We are often trapped in our pursuits of single minded desires for money, or love, or spiritual understanding until we feel torn into pieces.

You are ONE, not many aspects.  Life is not  seperate componets, it is all one thing.. LIFE.

The key to living a joy filled life is to realize that you are ONE spiritual being, connected to and with Source Energy which is in All and IS ALL. The only disconnection is illusion which you choose to believe.  When you accept that all aspects of self are ONE self you can then begin allowing well being on every front. 

What good is having great spiritual knowledge if one is hungry, homeless and sick in the body?  None.

What good is having more money than you can think of ways to use it when you are afraid and miserable?  None.

What good is a healthy body when all other areas of life are missing? None

My point is that life is not broken into pieces with any one part having more value or meaning than another.  Life is Whole, ONE.  You are Life, you are Source Energy.

Know this truth and enjoy life fully as it was intended to be lived.
