Hi Donna,
Great post. I agree completely. Happiness is our natural state. We may “make” ourselves unhappy, but happiness is a matter of allowing rather than doing. The only “doing” involved in happiness is undoing those thoughts and beliefs that are limiting and distorting our mind’s ability to experience its inner truth of joy and peace.
